Do LEGS!






Legs at the Mecca today was a complete bashing!  Having hammered Calves yesterday I was already experiencing soreness in the legs; but, of course pushed through a complete leg workout hitting the calves yet again.  I had my Orange Sci-Fit Dark Energy and went off to the gym.
